In this first episode of the podcast series ‘In Conversation with a Mentor’, we talk to L S Shashidhara, a structural biologist from Ashoka University
He is a developmental biologist and Professor at IISER Pune, and currently on lien to Ashoka University. Here Shashi talks about his career path starting from college, his trials and tribulations as a mentor, his failures and how he overcame them, etc.
Shashi is an associate member of the European Molecular Biology Organization and the President of the International Union of Biological Sciences. He has received multiple national and international recognition.
